ABOUT THE VINYL ROOM
Brad’s life was shaped by the walls of the Vinyl Room. His parents’ small business, Diversified Signs, was founded out of the garage of their first condo as a modest sign-painting operation and evolved over the next 30 years into a sign installation company.
Brad’s dad worked in the shop, while his mom ran the front office. Brad and his brother grew up in the third room, the Vinyl Room—a cluttered space with an old school TV, a Nintendo-64, and a vinyl cutting machine used for sign designs. To Brad, the Vinyl Room is a reminder that small business is a family affair. It symbolizes the messy, imperfect reality of family and business ownership.
Today, Brad is seeking to buy and operate one great business while maintaining the character and humility that he learned in the Vinyl Room.

The Process
Introductory call
We start with a no-pressure introduction call to learn more about your transition goals. You'll get a clear sense of who we are, how we operate, and if we are the right fit. Selling a business is hard, and we want to make sure that we are not wasting your time.
Understand your operation
After signing confidentiality agreements, we take a closer look at what makes your business unique. This includes reviewing financial statements, meeting in person, and better understanding how you have grown the business.
Create a transition plan
If we are aligned, we will create a transition plan that you feel good about. We seek to offer a fair price, flexible terms, and an honest process. Once the plan is in place, we will finalize our diligence and efficiently proceed towards the transaction.
